Starting from studies dealing with digital storytelling in the educational field (Özkaya, 2022), the work presents the results of an experience carried out with young people in disadvantaged situations and within a non-formal educational context. The most innovative elements of the proposal concerned the joint use of the peer education methodology (Pellai, Rinaldin, Tamborini, 2002) and the work of building digital stories focused on the desirable future. This element has proven to be extremely interesting from an educational point of view and from the multimodal analysis (Ledin, Machin, 2020) of the DS elements of attention emerge to guide the actions of educators in the use of digital technologies aimed at promoting transversal skills.
