“La città dei bambini e dei ragazzi”, in Genova

Abstract

“La città dei bambini e dei ragazzi”(The town of children and young) is a structure located in the Genoa’s Old Harbour area since 1997. It’s open every day of the year and all day long; it welcomes children from 2 to 14 years old, offering them various opportunities to play with
science and technology. Over 90 exhibits are shown all along the way of the “town”, organized in thematic islands and age groups. In addition, animations, labs, thematic studies are available both for individual children accompanied by an adult and for schoolchildren. The development of game-playing is interwoven with scientific and technological knowledge of the surrounding reality.
