Abstract

Nowadays work is characterized as a mean for human sense of purpose, prospecting and supporting it in the discovery of horizons of freedom and agency that each individual or community makes its own, as distinctive traits of self-nourishment of change and development (Margiotta, 2017). New professions are subjected to deconstructive and reconstructive processes, which result in new and different knowledge devices and experience that guide the future actions of individuals, groups and organizations within the digital and automated ecosystems of the future.
