Abstract
In Verona context at the beginning of the twentieth century, don Giovanni Calabria is in charge of welcoming poor and abandoned children by starting at an educational institution still exists today. Moved motivations of human and religious character, is committed to promote personal development of each and also prepare it from a professional point of view. In educational intentionality are some underlying principles that characterize the action of Don Calabria.
