Abstract

Recent innovations in the legislative field have introduced the ICF (International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health) in the Italian school, as a basis for the preparation of the Functioning Profile and then the Individualized Education Plan. The article first presents data of a survey on a group of teachers, relating to the knowledge and usefulness of the ICF in the school settings. Then, five keywords on the use of the ICF as a space for inclusive co-design among clinicians, teachers and parents are presented.
