The paper discusses the pre-implementation phase of two laboratories, of the Course of Studies in Philosophy, held in e-learning, aiming to answer the question: which elements allow to configure the instructional design for distance learning as a good practice? The analysis highlighted the design requirements identified with the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) (Mishra, Koehler, Henriksen, 2011) and Universal Design for Learning (CAST, 2011/2015) models as qualifying elements of training, having positive feedback also in the products of student learning bonded to soft skills.
