Through an autobiographical workshop, 100 students from the Primary Education Sciences program at the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria narrated and analyzed their experiences within formal, non-formal, and informal contexts, critically questioning their teacher profile in light of digital evolution and artificial intelligence. The activity promoted agency, existential orientation, and reflection on educational work as a space of meaning and ethical responsibility, outlining conscious professional models capable of inhabiting algorithmic scenarios.
