Curare la professionalizzazione nelle organizzazioni: nuove pratiche e saperi del tutor
Abstract
The contribution reconstructs the reasons that justify, at the present time, the need to invest in the training of tutors who work in different work contexts. Their importance is determined by being the knot of different knowledges, those of practices and theories, and the reference figure for any subject that approaches the world of work.
The skills and activities that characterize the tutoring action are presented through two case studies carried out in two very different realities: manufacturing SMEs and teacher training paths. The profile of an expert emerges in his work and he is also able to accompany the other towards professionalization.
