Abstract

This article presents a summary of inclusion training for teachers. Particular attention was paid to the importance of guaranteeing inclusion via practical analysis and the resulting issues which helped or hindered the construction of an inclusive community. The training was given to teachers and assistants working in ECS (aged 0-6). The Index For Inclusion (Booth e Ainscow, 2008) was introduced as a tool to support the process of self-analysis and change. The tool highlighted some
recurring themes which are commonly found and which are of interest for all educational contexts.
