Despite the decades-long debate on the role of the educator in the process of developing personalities capable of self-determination, we find ourselves, in practice, confronted instead with a culture that tends to ignore his or her function. This paper aims to describe the results of the exploratory survey conducted as part of the Prin PNRR Phoenix. A new kind of "rebirth" for women and children living in conditions of marginalization on the services in support of maternal women victims of gender-based violence, aimed at detecting, in general, the training needs of the professionals present in the multidisciplinary teams in the CAVs of the city of Foggia and province and, specifically, to understand what "space" is reserved for the figure of the educator and pedagogue in the action of existential redesign of maternal women victims of violence.
