Abstract

The paper deals with the modifications brought by Law No. 70/2024 on the prevention and fight against bullying and cyberbullying both to Law No. 71/2017 on cyberbullying and to Royal Decree-Law No. 1404/1934 on juvenile justice. Considering the possible measures against bullying behaviours, it results evident that the fulfillment of the objectives set by the law depends on the relation between all the actors involved in the educational mission (family, school, social services and judicial authority). Some critical aspects are related to the rewriting of the administrative procedure governed by Art. 25 of Royal Decree-Law No. 1404/1934.
