Abstract

CLIL-Content and Language Integrated Learning is a teaching methodology that involves teaching a non-linguistic subject in a foreign language. Language activities are generally characterized by a diverse range of teaching approaches (word-to-image associations, short dictations, brainstorming, listening exercises, filling / completion exercises, open-ended reading, multiple choice exercises, use of videos and animations, use of the e-learning platform and experiments in the laboratories). The challenge in planning CLIL activities is materialized in the elaboration of teaching methodologies adaptable to the variety of knowledge, avoiding disregarding the expectations of students who are generally well disposed towards this type of teaching experience.
