Abstract

This paper outlines the Inclusive Teaching Device (ITD), a key output of the Erasmus+ INSIGHT Project. Conceived as an educational and training framework grounded in the 'Spiral Model,' it aims to foster the professional development of university faculty by enhancing their awareness and self-efficacy regarding students' diverse learning and participation needs. The device specifically addresses inclusive instructional re-design and the paradigm of co-development. The objective is to share the ITD’s epistemological underpinnings and its original architecture, initiating a reflection on its inclusive and transformative potential at both individual and collective levels, in light of current and emerging scenarios."
