This article investigates the evolution of educational professionalism in relation to university training programs and social policies. By analysing changes in training and professional requirements, it aims to highlight the impact of socio-cultural transformations on the role of teachers. The effectiveness of university programs in preparing professionals for contemporary educational and social challenges in various educational contexts is examined. Additionally, the role of multidisciplinary teams in Social Territorial Areas (ATS) and how they facilitate effective service integration is discussed. The article concludes with an analysis of future challenges for the educational profession and proposes strategies for continuous adaptation to new socio-cultural and educational contexts.
