This contribution presents some reflections on the research data about STEM internship experiences of secondary school girls. A line of research is outlined to frame training and work orientation processes from a gender perspective by returning girls’ education and career choices to the public discourse without relegating them to personal and subjective choice. We need words, people, reflections, shared proposals and educational partnerships that enable girls to imagine and cultivate projects with awareness, reworking and transforming traditional references that are often still invisible.Downloads
