Neoliberalism and pedagogy of work: from the self-entrepreneur to the self-educating us

Abstract

Neo-liberalism places the responsibility for his/her success or failure on the individual, essentially denying the value of the presence of the other than oneself. It is time to unhinge this poor vision and accredit one of anthropological prosperity, discernible only with the hospitality of otherness and the consequent weaving of ethical-educational working relationships, supporting the shift from the self-entrepreneur to the building of a self-educating us.
