Reflections on generativity

Abstract

The paper presents a reflection on the need to build new educational alliances for caring the intergenerational bond. A pedagogical reflection on generativity helps us to clarify some aspects of relationship between generations. The paper concludes with a proposals of adult education training capable of promoting new educational alliances that qualify belonging to one's own community in which everyone becomes an educational resource for the others.
