Abstract

Starting from a vision of work as a humanistic experience, the contribution aims to investigate the world of work in the age of Artificial Intelligence, highlighting its ethical and human dangers and drifts. The creation of a corporate culture based on the promotion of soft skills and corporate welfare becomes the main objective of a Work pedagogy that is ever closer to human needs characterised by the strengthening of bonds, healthy and positive relationships and the recognition of the intrinsic value of the person. Hence the need to educate in transversal, emotional, communicative and relational skills from the perspective of employee care, as in the corporate proposal of Brunello Cucinelli and his Humanistic capitalism, whose ancient foundations can be traced back to the ancestral values matured in the simple, genuine and poor family environment that he himself narrates in his autobiographical text.
