In the era of the Know-it-alls, we can observe a deep-rooted skepticism regarding the scientific knowledge, an attitude characterized by widespread illiteracy. Social networks, where opinions on several topics are formed, can also be the scene of strong thought’s manipulations. In this article, also using both classical and twentieth century's philosophical terms, we reflect on the role of the school in the formation of pupils' opinions, starting from the rehabilitation of the subjective knowledge that is produced by the interaction between the pupils and the cultural objects in the classroom.
