Abstract

Body care is not just a question of aesthetics or performance, but a fundamental aspect of a person's general well-being. In a societal context where body image is often influenced by unrealistic models and media pressure, it is crucial to develop an education for comprehensive self-care that is able to balance physical and mental health. This article explores the link between well-being and personal education, analyses the contribution of social sciences and proposes an educational vision that promotes a balanced and sustainable culture of care.
