The school of today is called to address complex challenges, where the teacher’s role can no longer be limited to transmitting knowledge but must go beyond the magister, overcoming transmissive and asymmetric models to embody the generative teacher: a present and authentic guide, able to design intentional contexts, nurture meaningful relationships, and orchestrate experiences that value students’ subjectivity, thus creating spaces of well-being where each learner can truly flourish. This leads to a new learner profile – autonomous, collaborative, reflective, and engaged in authentic tasks – immersed in a dynamic educational community where the teacher builds strong alliances with families to ensure co-responsibility and educational prosperity, and is also able to read new digital and Artificial Intelligence languages, integrating them into learning environments shaped by new pedagogical paradigms increasingly aimed at bringing out the best in every student.
