One of the main characteristics of the figure of Narcissus in the educational field, concerns the dissolution of symbolic boundaries between generations. This condition, which disorientates teachers and parents, is characterized by a socio-existential discomfort that prevents them from becoming adults, taking on the responsibilities that life inevitably imposes. In contemporary society, it is necessary to create new educational alliances between school, family that create an inclusive dimension, which, by making all the people involved in the educational communities, adults and young people responsible, aims at building appropriate spaces for reflection on the educational importance of the sphere affective-relational, understood as a fundamental moment of emotional growth.
