How the idea of school and teacher changes in the project of the educational community

The great social, relational and cultural transformations of our time and the growing educational insecurity, especially after the lockdown, require changes in the idea of school and in the role of the teacher. In particular, the need emerges for a pedagogical-training synergy between the school community, families and the various territorial educational agencies for a fundamental relationship network and community development that helps children to rebuild new skills on cognitive, emotional and relational aspects, to increase prevention and inclusion, build the future and life projects.
