Abstract

How can a shared pedagogical culture be built within educational services? To build a shared pedagogical culture it is necessary to integrate the three poles of the educational triangle: democracy, technique and the subject. The integration of the three poles is possible only by thinking and planning paths that aim to increase the conceivability and formability of pedagogical action within educational contexts. Within this contribution, emphasis will be placed on the training clinic as a methodological device that can allow to rethink service theories and practices and encourage the development of reflective professionals, through a democratic approach.
