Abstract

The paper lies within the controversial debate on evaluation in the educational field, inquiring its value dimension. A dimension which places at the center of the evaluative reflection the meaning and the role of the judgment of value, here reconstructed on the basis of the Arendtian lesson and in the theoretical perspective of fundamental pedagogy.
