Towards a pedagogical conception of safety at work

Abstract

The rapid changes in the world of work require a new interpretation. In our time, there are many working realities that do not pay attention and care to the safety and well-being of workers. In these realities, the person is subordinated to production needs, neglecting the need to implement organizational models aimed at humanizing work. In view of these considerations, pedagogy has the task of exploring the transformations of work and the effects on the person's in order to search for new organizational forms and values for a "good job", offering these environments the possibility of reconsidering the work activity in its aspects of promotion of the person and of life.
