Generative nature of vulnerability

Abstract

Since the writing of Judith Butler, the category of vulnerability has become an object of interest not only in philosophical and sociological but also in the pedagogical field. particularly interested in the generative dimension of this category, interpreted no longer and not only as a condition stigmatizing individuals living in a situation of material and existential precariousness but as a condition through which to initiate processes of resilience.
