Abstract

The aim of this text is to underline the importance of the principle of alternating training as a dimension that allows to activate the potential of human beings, uniting in a balanced way the polarities that constitute them and which are often separated only due to cultural prejudices. In this way, it is possible to overcome the separative bias that reduces the polarity of concrete work and practice to an inferior dimension compared to reflection and study.
