The phenomenon of “Great Resignation” has highlighted various features of a widespread work uneasiness that intercept the interest of the pedagogy of work. Among these, the lack of care for human relations undoubtedly stands out as a prominent problematic factor, revealing and denouncing the need to overcome the neo-liberal focus on the individualisation of performance and performance competitiveness. Therefore, the article aims to promote a pedagogical culture of work, based on educationally meaningful relationships, starting with young people, as well as to provide useful training indications to address the critical issues of the present.
