Abstract

The article proposes reflections in the field of family pedagogy, studies on the educational alliance, and emergency pedagogy, and will refer to research conducted in Italy during the pandemic period to have a picture, although a syn-thetic one of the experiences during the pandemic emergency of three crucial subjects: parents, educational personnel, childhood and adolescence. The conclusions clearly indicate the need to consider the educational alliance with families as a complex process that must, of necessity, innovate in the wake of changing contextual conditions: pedagogical work with families, today as never before, should enhance its resilient, reflexive and innovative nature and reduce rigidity, disconnection from reality and risks of social exclusion to a minimum.
