Abstract

In this essay the author aims to trace the Gaddian interpretation of the theme of narcissism both within his narrative prose and in his nonfiction prose.
It emerges how he favored a social perspective of the issue and how, in its narrative materializations, Gaddian narcissistic theory found its most complete and interesting development.
