This article presents an affective education workshop designed to deconstruct gender stereotypes and counter gender-based violence in upper secondary schools. Drawing on an analysis of the normative dimensions and harmful effects of gender stereotyping, it explores how expressive, experiential, participatory, embodied, and dialogic activities can foster critical and affective awareness and promote more respectful, empathic, and equitable relational practices.
