The oppression of women and the exploitation of nature are central themes in eco-feminist thought. This study analyzes the experience of «Gramigna – the women’s garden,» where shared cultivation and collaboration with the Anti Violence Center create connections between women and the land. The narrative research explores personal stories and connections between memory and eco-feminist activism. The research results highlighted themes such as memories of nature, the feminist re-signification of the present and the past, sisterhood and conviviality, and the organizational methods of Gramigna. This experience not only al lowed the participants to rediscover and appreciate their roots and connections with nature, but also provided a replicable educational model that can inspire and guide other communities.
