Abstract

In recent times, the inclusive processes in Italian school and the role of specialized teacher have been at the centre of the educational and political debate. In the last months, in particular, the profile of competences that a specialized teacher should develop to be able to contribute to the design and the realization of inclusive learning contexts has been discussed. This article, referring to the existing Specialisation Course for Support Teachers, intends to advance a methodological and content-related proposal concerning the “Didattica delle Educazioni e dell’area antropologica” workshop. The outlining of the educational path originates from the clarification of methodological perspective assumed and from the highlighting of certain elements considered essential for the design of the workshop (what idea of knowledge? What idea of experience? What idea of educational practice?). Regarding the proposal about the contents to be addressed, in accordance with the distinctive perspective assumed, the value of some thematic kernels considered fundamental within the workshop is pointed out: the concept of meaningful learning, the role of learning mediators, the adaptation of educational materials and the nature and the role of graphic organizers.
