Abstract

In this contribution the characteristics of the educator at school are described in the perspective of differentiation. This means emphasize the importance of giving real, authentic, and not rhetorical, recognition to every pupil. Keeping in mind  the evolutionary, cultural and personal differences that distinguish each student making it unique and unrepeatable. This's the reason why, the differentiation represents an approach through which an educator can, carefully and respectfully, grasp the peculiarities of each student.
