CALL FOR PAPERS 2/2021
The vectors of inclusive processes: territories, networks and connections.
The Italian Journal of Special Education invites critical discussions for a special issue on inclusive processes as systemic actions of cultural interconnections. Inclusive education and personal services are the vectors of inclusive change. They proceed in the same direction towards the promotion of human development and common good in a lifelong learning perspective.
Italian social cooperatives, thirty years after Law 381 of 8 November 1991 that established them, cultural opportunities of proximity, personal support services, universal design initiatives of physical and virtual environments of communication and interaction, the effects, positive and negative, that the pandemic has produced in the organisation of actions aimed at promoting inclusion, the regulation of specific professional figures (Ministerial decree 205/2017), constitute the integrative background for reflection. This call intends to support and enhance the background and highlight the awareness that complexity is inhabited with systemic actions.
For this reason, the journal dedicates a monographic issue to collect papers that reflect on research and practices, at national and/or international level, which highlight the continuities and discontinuities that have followed in recent years, in order to bring out the peculiarities, constraints and possibilities to substantiate the inclusion in the network of services, institutions and territories.
The papers, in the form of essays of 30,000 characters (including spaces), must reach the journal’s editorial office by 10/09/2021 via the website https://ojs.pensamultimedia.it/index.php/sipes
They will be evaluated through a double blind peer reviewing process.
It is also possible to participate in the issue of the journal by sending reviews of texts, volumes, essays and journals related to the theme of the monographic issue with a maximum length of 10,000 characters (including spaces).
