Abstract
The article propose the analisis af the epistemalogical e storical costruction in special pedagogy. There is a few indications on the historical aspect and the origins of these pedagogical science which have the caratteristic to be a border approach to understand the learning processo of people with disabilities and special needs. The special pedagogy is not a pedagogy of separation but and
educativ approach for inclusion and is critical about the medical orientation, try to integrate the methods of activ and critical pedagogy, psychology, neurology and anthropology to developp a global understanding of uman developpment in the different social, cultural and historical contexts.
The special pedagogy point of view is based on the potentialities of the people and use mediations to favour an schoolin and social inclusiv process.
