The Child contact centres is a service that aims to guarantee the meeting between a minor and a member of the family system. It is a service that uses the mediation of the Social Service and initiated by the Judiciary and is characterized by a relationship between the parties that, in a Batesonian sense, precedes the structure of the parties themselves. This service involves an entire multi- and interdisciplinary team (pedagogist, psychologist, child neuropsychiatrist, educator) in order to strengthen the adult's educational care skills and to support the minor through an appropriate re-signification of the "here and now. The team has the task of detecting a possible disintegration of identity, a possible disappointment, a state of existential suffering, in order to design targeted educational actions to intervene on that possible sense of frustration and inadequacy of the minor.
