Professional Guidance and Agency in Work Transitions

Abstract

The essay deals with the analysis of the value of vocacional guidance action starting from changing of work action during the digital and robotic revolution. Through the enhancement of the enabling agency, the vocacional guidance  is outlined in relation to the subject's capacity for self-regulation in the critical and reflective realization of one's own life design.
