Anisosyllabism and textual analysis in Myricae and Canti di Castelvecchio

The essay focuses on the poems of Myricae and Canti di Castelvecchio made up of anisosyllabic verse. It twill be shown how th author’s choice of meter is functional to achievement of precise expressive purposes, relatively more linear in the first collection, more complex and experimental in the second.
