Systems resilience: principles and practices

In this paper I present some characteristics of systems resilience, making specific reference to the work developed by a number of authors related to the Stockholm Resilience Center (Walker, Salt, 2006; Briggs et Al, 2015). Although some of the models I present refer to the functioning of social and ecological systems, my main interest and focus is on organisational systems. In the second part of the article I will explore, through a case example, the impact of a change of state of an organisational system on Its structural levels, as well as on its dynaÂmics and imago (Berne, 1963; Korpiun, 2020).
