ETHOS ESICASTICO ED ESICASMO. UN RAPPORTO POSSIBILE?

Abstract

This paper investigates the possible relationship between the so-called ethos hesychasticon and the Hesychasmus. Although one cannot maintain that the latter springs out from the former, by analysing the effects attributed to the this ethos, it will be possible to find some interesting comparisons between the musical dimension and the spiritual one.
