The second part is devoted to the relationship between
subjectification and worker’s subjection, and to the fallibility of the
bio-political schema. The third part, finally, deepens the pedagogical nature
of a “personal” organization and dwells on the issues of the organizational
well-being and the training of the workers’ “agency”.
}, number={1}, journal={Formazione & insegnamento}, author={d'Aniello, Fabrizio}, year={2017}, month={Mar.}, pages={19–32} }
