Abstract


This paper focuses on the training of professional educators and in particular on tutorship activity is aimed at strengthening awareness about the development of professional identity.
Specific attention is focused on the change that can occur in the period of formation by the tutee. He actives strategies to combine internal resources (cognitive and emotional) and those available in the contexts of action The methods of tutorship can change in relation to the personal paths of development of the professional self, as the socio-educational work is loaded with relational complexity, emotional
involvement and project requests.
